1. "A" Proffessional Football Group with the 16 teams in it from season 2008-2009:
CSKA, Levski, Litex, Loko Sf, Slavia, Sliven, Cherno More, Chernomorec, Botev, Loko Pd, Minyor, Vihren, Belasica, Spartak Vn, Loko Mz, Pirin, with their actual players up to 30.11.2008.
2. Levski Sofia competing in Champions League in Manager Mode, and Loko Sf, Litex and Cherno More in UEFA Cup.
3. Bulgarian Cup
4. Every team will have:
- real kits (home, away and goalkeeper for some teams)
- real supporters flags
- real stadiums
- real adboards on the stadiums
- supporters' songs for some teams
- real generic faces for all players
- emblems (menu and in-game)
- banners
- mini-kits
- mini-faces for the players
5. New menus and pop-ups
6. Some more nice improvements

Information:

After you install BFL FIFA 09, you can not play with your old saves. We reccomend you make a backup of the FIFA 09 folder which is in My Documents. The installation program is made in a way that lets you continue playing a career, started before installing BFL FIFA 09. The only thing you need to do to play this career is to uninstall BFL FIFA 09, start again the setup program of BFL FIFA 09, but choose FIFA 09 in one of the menus, and you install FIFA 09.

Nice Patch but the bulgarian league crash everytime at the beginning of the first season when I click on continue after the newspaper were displayed after the creation of the calender and the times for the games.
I have installed the patch and the update to 1.1

EDIT:
I have now edit the Min_Team_Size of FIFA and create the tournament TBI A Group new and now it works.

Ok, my Edit in the last post is not right, because today I wanted to start a carrer in bulgaria and it crash at the descriped point.
Only Levski Sofia works in the carrer, all other teams crash at this point, so I think that the problem is on a other point
