Wolf's patch adds all real names, English Premier League and Champion's League teams, and improves on many graphics.
Wendetta adds real names and improves many other things as well, but leaves most of the teams alone.
Then there are patches for the Bundesliga, French League, Italian League, etc.
These are all called "Super Patches" because they are huge. Some (like the BuLi patch) require a good bit of work to install, using AFS Explorer.
Look on pes3fan.com or pescorner.de for downloads and links.
