Bundesliga need foreign coaches, big names. Van Gaal to Hamburg or Schalke. The likes of Marcelino, Pellegrini and AVB too should be called on by the likes of Bayer, Wolfsburg etc. The platform and infrastructure in place is a fucking gold mine.

BuLi (alongside Spain) has the best coaches in the world... Germany invest a lot on coaching formation and Pep was a huge influence for some of them.

No. And Arnau is correct. LvG was found out in 18 months and his poor job in England is directly attributable to this happening in Germany. He would have missed a CL spot with a Bayern team that won the double the year before and finished runner up in the CL.

PL top teams have the best now in managers. Serie A have Montella, Allegri,Sousa,Spalletti and Sarri etc. Bundesliga has great coaching/trainers and player development similar to Spain I agree but lack management at some resourced clubs with highest level experience and power of personality.

That Pep thing, I said that before he even started coaching Bayern and also said he'd help in bringing German NT to the next level for his tactical ideas and they won the WC.

I think Italians have the most number of top managers around all things considered but their player production level is still behind the likes of Spain, Belgium, France,Portugal and Germany. And as I said, I believe the best of the best of each major nation are all in the PL.

His poor job in England brought Man Utd two of their highest league finishes over the recent years and an FA cup along with a bunch of homegrown players again. He is not the best man to finish the job but he clearly has a magic touch. A big number of managers operating and doing well currently have worked with him for a reason. Man is pure genius. All geniuses have their issues.
