Seba Deisler is retired forever, he could be the best german player for other 10 years but all these bad injuries have broken his career. Shame, shame and again shame.

I have a Ballack jersey from a while ago and a Lahm jersey which is pretty new. Next one I'd buy would be another one of the German lads, either Schlaudraff or Jansen, or maybe Klose??? And It's definetely gonna be the home one because even though it isn't as good, it's different.

Can someone tell me where I can get a Bayern jersey with Ribery on it? I want it ASAP. Where's the jersey going to be available the earliest? I'm assuming in the official Bayern shop but how long would shipping take to the US?

Everybody and their grandmother will have either Toni or Ribery on the back.

Maybe the new Uefa Cup jersey with #23 Jansen. MJ :)

In the US it doesn't really matter. If I was in Germany I'd get someone a bit more unique but here it won't make a difference.

I got the white Lahm jersey last summer. I think the Ribery one is next. :)

About 5 to 7 days. But shipping is almost $30.

Yea I was thinking of ordering from shop.fcbayern.de, but shipping is way too much. Subside Sports has the jersey on their site, but they only have Makaay, Schweinsteiger, Van Bommel, and Pizarro I think. Will wait one more week, if it doesn't come out on any US website, I will purchase it from fcbayern.de.

Schlaudraff, Sosa and Ze haven't got a number yet. Depends on dos Santos' and Makaay's future.

Podolski will keep #11. They don't change numbers when too many jerseys have been sold already. Same reason Deisler wasn't allowed to take #10.

I think Bayern should let Poldi take #20 and then offer a discounted rate on the new jerseys to anyone who bought the old one. The fans get cheaper new kits, Poldi gets his number, and Bayern sell a ton more shirts. How is this a bad idea?

In Italy 4 shipping I've paid 13, it's not so much 30 in the USA......

Here the latest articles, this time "only" 134,70 euro, the 1st time in München fan shop (into the railway station, august 2003) I remember something like 800 with my old creditcard, I was buying all the shop lol....:mexican:

The pin is a gift for those who buy the new kit, the scarf for orders superior to 100 euro.

I really hope they don't sell this in the USA and England. They will be more Bayern haters willing to buy it than fans.

How big exactly is the scarf. If I'm 5'10 and grow maybe another couple o finches, is it gonna be a decent size to actually wear?

The scarf has a regular format, I didn't mesure but it's all like the others, but I've seen, out of FCB fan-shop, better scarfs than this one:)

Beckenbauer Hopeful Of Early Klose Arrival

Beckenbauer is quoted in the ‘Passauer Neue Presse’ as having said that he could not believe Klose would stay with Werder Bremen. ‘I can’t imagine that Bremen would want to keep a player like Klose if they know that he will leave the team at the end of the season. How can they do that?’ He added that he hoped Klose would join Bayern Munich for the start of the season.

Bremen had said last week that the negotiations with Bayern Munich were closed as Bayern did not up their offer for two and a half weeks. They consider the 10 million euros Bayern are said to be offering for Klose as too little.

Bremen said they would only reopen negotiations if they increase their offer and offer German international Lukas Podolski in exchange.

Beckenbauer, however, expects the transfer to be finalised soon as Bremen can’t afford to keep Klose as the fans and members will turn against him.

‘I expect us to come to an agreement,’ he said. He could not rule out that Dutch international Roy Makaay would leave the club as they had so many strikers, ‘but the main thing is that we get Klose.’

Beckenbauer said he was very happy with Bayern’s signings for the new season - amongst them Italian world champion Luca Toni, who joined for 11 million euros and French international Franck Ribery, for whom Bayern paid 25 million euros.

‘You can only congratulate our executive for getting all the players they wanted,’ he said, but added that the new team, on which Bayern spent 53 million euros would not be a guarantee for success.

‘The players we have bought have made us internationally stronger, but that is no guarantee that you will become league champion with a huge pont advantage.’

Beckenbauer expects the team to improve their tactical game plan and to strengthen their defensive play in the new season. ‘In the past season we just gave away too many presents. In every game there were instances, where we just refused to go into one-on-one situations. We need to learn the basics again.’

He said that even though the club had so many stars in the team, there would be no problems. ‘I am sure there will be a fight for places in the team, but that is in the interest of everyone.’

So i guess the Klose deal isn't fully closed? Do you guys think there is still a chance that he will be coming this summer?
