Base copy when creating a new player

I always loved this feature in PES editing when you quickly wanted to create a player yourself. I am not new to FIFA but have only just started editing the game. Does such a tool exist to allow us to do this quickly? It has always annoyed me that FIFA have not included this when creating a player within the game.

Creation Master allows you to clone a previously existing player.
