This is not necessary just change the background color from white to blue ball respective

Hey guys i cant make a new thread yet but i got a short question about boots, which will be easy for you guys to solve i think.

I got the Creation master 14, and i edited the boots of ronaldo ( it worked ).
After that i tried to edit his boots again and change the picture of the boots, then it said "Image size wrong" so i changed it to the correct size and saved, nothing happened, boots didnt change.

Also if i wanna change ronaldos Kit-style ( untucked etc ) nothing changes.

Does anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong?
