Background image in career mode

Does anyone know what file contains the background image that is used in the training/transfer market screen when you are in career mode? This screen usually shows a picture of a stadium with the logo of the league superimposed over it.

I have been trying to find this screen to update the image, but I can't figure out what file it's stored in. I assume that it is somewhere in the data/gui/back directory, but I can't find it.

I also searched the forums, but could not find this information. Any help would be appreciated.

ya its in dat\gui\back

u have to decompress the .big file to view it with ea graphics editor.

for example-in back.big
1.big is for Arsenal(highbury) background
i've tried to edit it but im still unsuccessful
