first mini kit is chelsea home kit

That looks like you just cut the pics from somewhere and resized them. It takes a bit more than that to make a minikit. There are templates that your minikits are supposed to fit.

Oh, making a minikit from real picture isn't a bad idea but it isn't well preferred because it doesn't seem that nice. If you want to , you can find minikit textures from these places

Simply, open the template and paint the layer. Then put logos on the minikit texture and save it. And then reopen the file and put together with original texture and you have to change layer's opacity of original texture from normal to linear burn(If you use 09's generic texture then you can use multiply mode)

It's a good start, but they seem blurry. Maybe you should try what people before wrote.
