Does anybody know the best options to change in Direct 3D or anywhere else. I have latest drivers, ATi Catalyst and DirectX 9.0c AND I have installed Official Patch 1.3.

NOTE: THIS IS FOR PES3

if this is about the slow-motion problem, turning off the v-sync is the only thing that worked for me (i have an ati 9200se 128mb aswell-i haven't applied any patches tho) :)
