I think Roma is doin fine in transfer market + Italian teams normally do better in August.

i'm satisfied with transfers so far, we are stronger than last season, and i like Enrique's work so far, mixing young talents and experienced players...

Roma did a superb job in buying Stekelenburg. I think the other transfers are good but a cb and a midfield playmaker is needed to challenge for the scudetto.

Anyone knows what formation will they play?

CASSETTI(CICINHO)-BURDISSO-JUAN-J.ANGEL

PERROTTA(TADDEI)-PIZARRO-DE ROSSI

BOJAN-TOTTI-LAMELA(BORRIELLO)

as can u see it could be a good 11 but:
if the keeper gets an injury we have Curci or Lobont that means to have nobody behind the net. Cicinho could leave the team so if Cassetti get injured who plays? Heinze could replace Juan that is always injured, but here maybe we get another CB kind Kjaer; LB we have only one. Sure De Rossi will stay in the team? Is Lamela so good (and seems he's injured)? Borriello too could leave the team and the captain is 35 old, so are u sure this is a great squad?

Luis Enrique......I trust in him but he's not Harry Potter.....

Oh yeah Pizarro is good but I still feel another quality midfielder could do them good. Gago behind De Rossi and Pizarro as a deep lying playmaker or Lucho Gonzalez with Pizarro with De Rossi behind them would be good. If theres even a small chance Roma should try to get Marchisio instead of Lucho and get Gago.

GK backup must always sucks, remember worse season ever for Casillas at Bernabeu. 06-07 one with Capello, Diego Lopez was on the bench.
