If your using Photoshop then there will be a LAYER on the right hand side

you must

Double click on armband layer and goto COLOR OVERLAY!!
Select your color and you have done it :D

and the explanation by Morpheus_X is totally wrong.
in roder to change the armband, you have to learn a bit about making kits.

extract the kit you want to edit and have it as BMP then open it in a major editing image program such as PSP or Photoshop and change the paint over the armband with the color you want.
if you do it just like that, you'll lose the texture, but it'll work.

once you learn how to make kits, you'll be able to just change the color and still keep the texture or even make difrfent styles of armbands.

No offense Hakeem but ive been making kits for myself for ages and never had no trouble doin it this way mate :) but your way is good too

I suppose you don't know what photoshop is seeing as you expect someone ot send it you through a hotmail account. Buy the program or download the trial version ( if there is one).

sorry I didnt explained what I said about your idea better:

your idea, is for AFTER you have the kit made in PSD.
the kits dont have a 'layer' by default that you can just change its color.

In the kits I make, of cours I have a layer in the sleeves for the armband, but thats cause we're making the kits, its not like that from the fsh :)

Exactly, I agree with Maleato. Paint is a universally available tool, and everyone is familiar with it. If you just want to make an armband, there's no need to download the whole trial version of Photoshop or PSP just for this. You might as well just use Paint.
