FIFA 18 - Convert Ini files to Cheat Table​

It's improved version of the same tool which was created for FIFA 17 http://soccergaming.com/index.php?threads/tool-initoct-17.185283/
Another year, another attempt. I've tested in on scout.ini and simsettings.ini and seems to work fine for me. Don't have time to test every possible .ini file, so I'm counting on you guys! :P

If you can better use FrostyTool if you want to edit .ini files.

How to use:
1. Run "FIFA 18 - IniToCT.exe"
2. On the left side check which .ini files you want to edit.
3. Press "open selected in notepad". This will open selected .ini files in text editor for easier editing.
4. Make your changes.
5. Save .ini files. (CTRL+S in most text editors)
6. Go back to "IniToCT 18" window.
7. Press "Convert!" button.
8. After successful conversion you should have "Converted.CT" in your "IniToCT 18" folder.
9. Open it with Cheat Engine.
10. Run FIFA 18
11. Open "FIFA18.exe" process in Cheat Engine.
12. Activate script in Cheat Engine

transfer.ini and transfers.ini not working

 

Presumably that's because they've changed from Fifa17 so we need to get the actual Fifa18 ini files...

 

Maybe I'm blind but I can't find the "FIFA 18 - IniToCT.exe"?
I've only got "FIFA 18 - IniToCT.au3"...

Cmsettings.ini seems not to be working, I'm trying to change:

BOARD_FINANCIAL_STRICTNESS_LENIENT = 100
BOARD_FINANCIAL_STRICTNESS_MODERATE = 100
BOARD_FINANCIAL_STRICTNESS_STRICT = 100

So that I get the full amount to spend when I sell a player but nothing changes, I'm guessing this is another ini that's different for 18 than 17

 

I guess it is because of the individual board objectives of your club, e.g. critical financial objectives mean less budget allocated...

Yeah I guess so, not a big deal I just use cheat manager to give myself back the transfer money that's being embezzled by the board

 

is it possible to run a career with different tables? or do i have to start a new career every time i edit some .ini? ive been using qasars table to get more transfer but im curious what the change is exactly so id like to try my career without it.

 

Yes you can continue your career save with or without the changed ini.

Just create a rar/zip of your CDocuments and Settings\PRS\Documents\FIFA 18 folder, then if anything goes wrong you have a safe backup.
