any question about fifa 08 for xbox 360

Team Problem.

Hey man I´ve been playing manager mode with barcelona for a couple of days but there is something bugging me out.

Can you upload your team to get it as default so for example when I want to play a friendly match with someone else can I use my manager mode team with the same specifications as it is in manager mode?

I think I saw something about You beeing able to do it until the 15 season is that true?

Or if there is another way to play with my manager mode team please tell me so where do I save the rooster.


I hope you can help me since my team is really going up and I would definitely like to kick some ass with my team :P.

Fifa08 players, don't hate mefor this I'm only trying to help you. You all need to find Pro Evolution Soccer 4, If you play it once you'll be hooked, the graphics are great, It's easier to score yet still challenging and has to be the best football game ever made, by the way this game has no major glitches. I've played PES 6 and PES 2008 and they are terrible football simulators. The best football games are the first four PES games. I have played a couple of Fifa games and it's way too difficult to control the players and score as well as defend.

Manager mode issue

I want to creat players on creation zone and edit them. The problem im having is that i want to use those players on Manager mode to a team of my own choice but i dont know how. I want to put those players on a squad before i sign with a team of my choice....anybody with clue how to do this please help me out thanks.

im back!!

so guys i ahvent had time to check this in a long time but yea im here to answer questions again
first of all you fake a shot by pressing the shoot buttton and quickly sliding your finger to the pass button.

to put your created players on a team your create them and then put them on free agents. from there you go to the team management screen and go to free agents, your player should be there. Now you just select him and put him on the team of your choice. to put him in the arena do the same thing but then go to arena player selection he should be on the team you put him on or on free agents. Be sure to save the roster

PES kinda sucks but thats my opinion so owell

you do have to go through 15 seasons to make that team your default for friendly mathces

for the third party guide on MM go on google and look for Fifa 08 manager mode walkthrough, there are planty that help

im pretty sure you can qualify for the champions league, any1 help me out if im wrong

Same as in PES. Press Shoot button (I have the 'new' mapping which ressembles PES -- so it's square) and the X button right after it. To feint a cross do the same with circle then X. Like in PES it only works when you're in the opponent's half.

This is for the PS3, but it should be the same for Xbox

a few questions i need answering...please help!!

hi, a few things are really annoying me about fifa 08 at the moment...

1...My brother and I both have our seperate manager mode games going and both have good teams, is there any way we can play our teams against each other to see who is best?

2...I want to get a created player into the arena, i have gone onto the option and onto free transfers but only one of my 3 created players is on there. any idea why this is?

3...when i goto edit player, none of my created players are showing up??

any help with these questions i will be very grateful, thankyou!!

Is there any way you can practice things like free kicks and penaltys in some sort of a Practice mode. I know it is availible for other consoles but have seen a video on youtube of somebody doing it.

You can practice free kicks in the arena by pressing the directional pad

In the Arena, Main Screen, Star off by running the ball or passing it anywhere on the pitch. Press the D-Pad, Left or right, and it will set up a free kick, no Wall, Just yourself. If you run it or pass it into the box. then you can practice Penalties.

How do you get young rookie players on like 55 to become a super star on like 85 or something how do you get them better. How do you make your soccer team now run out of stamina so fast. Last question is when you finish a game and it is loading to the txt message thing in manager mode it freezes and my tv makes a weird sound and i cant continue to play. This has only just happed recently and i have had the game for like 2 months so can you plzzz help me.

i have got 3 questions.

1. I have got a few rookies in my team on 55 how do i make them better i want them to be like a really good player on 85 i just dont no how to do it and i have gave them game time as well and they are not getting better plzzz help. Ohhh this is in manager mode FIFA08

2. How do i get to be the Manager of Australia in FIFA08 do i have to complete lots of seasons ???.

3. The worst problem of them all. My game freezes after a soccer game in manager mode. It freezes when it just starts to load and get into the messenger board. This has never happed b4 and i cant see a scratch on the disk either ohh yer the tv makes a weird noise when it freezes as well so if that help to answer the question.

As you have premium, core, arcade and elite. Will all these consoles play fifa or is there an important difference between them that i should know? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Elite - includes everything, HDMI built in + cable, HD Dvd built in (useless now) Still a good buy if you prefer a black console.

Premium - No HDMI, No HD Dvd... includes component cable for Hi Def.

Core - Includes Hard Drive, have to buy the Hi Def cables as it only comes with composite + scart. (There actually doing away with this in favour of the Arcade pack)

Arcade - No Hard Drive (they are quite expensive to addon) and some games require alot of space.

They should all play Fifa... but if you get the Arcade your gonna have to grab some kind of memory card for the 360.

I'd recommend the Premium pack for best gaming experience.
