I've seen that, Have you played a net game with anyone as host recently?
If not have you put on an update?
I think with every update released by CM there was this as a new start up screen put in.
It doesn't make much difference, dunno what its about though

EDIT: Just found out what it was about, some bloke wrote into the show saying his wife wouldn't let him watch football
He was called Chip so its a campaign to let chip watch football and therefore win against his missus (sarah)

They just fiddle about with the beginning sequence.
It is probably easy if you know how

that comes up one in twenty-ish times you load the game. you still get all the other ones, but sometimes that one comes up as well.

to edit the starting sequence, you just replace a few backgrounds in the data folder using the pic editor

It comes up on average 1 in 20 times.

When you load CM, don't click the screen to skip the Sports interactive screenshot and Eidos. Leave it be and let them go through all the advertisements.

It wouldn't be that easy to change it maybe its a random one like it comes up every 1 in 20 times you load up.
