alpha file tutorial needed

Currently mainly minifaces, but really for any image. Just a simple tutorial that can be used for any image.

I mean, I can make the alpha files, but they look kind of sloppy and I just want to make them look more clean etc.

I mean, I can make the alpha files, but they look kind of sloppy and I just want to make them look more clean etc.

the simplest way to do it is as follows (the example is on mini faces but can be used in any file):

- Create the mini face you want (ex: cut the player's face from any picture, then resize it to be as mini face size and make sure you cut it precisely).

- Add a new layer below the mini face layer and fill it the color "000000" (save it as 0000.bmp, now you finished the main bmp).

- On the mini face layer, add the effect "overlay" and give it the color "FFFFFF" (save it as 0000-a.bmp, now you finished the alpha file).

Hope it helped.

does this work for kits

If you mean minikits, yes it works as faces and minikits have the same fsh template.
If you mean kits, it will only work if you have a kit fsh file supporting transparency.

Hope this answered your question.
