What do you mean by 'activated the rx3 from big to folder using texture editor'?

I did the same as you, renamed the Moddingway rx3 to 168 but then used rx3 master to import the texture not texture editor? just regenerated using filemanager12 and it worked fine for me, haven't edited the DB at all.

Give that a go maybe and see if it works?

V.K, the problem is the player you've assigned the boot to in the screenshot. He needs to have to following values in the db:
  1. shoecolorcode1 = 30
  2. shoecolorcode2 = 31
  3. shoedesigncode = 0
