Its not possible,only way of giving a face to generic faced player is by DB,and even if you give that player a face it wont look good.

As Yakup says, all you can do is assign him somebody else's starhead. And for that to work you have to be lucky enough for the player that you want to have a real face have a similar face to somebody that already has one in game...

Finally someone do Ander face. Nice mateAnder Herrera (very hard face I wish I could tweak the head mesh too because EA's version is too chubby)
