I guess it is like this
Take the rx3 file , for friendly rename it to
specificadboard_teamid_0_0_0
For tournament rename it to
specificadboard_teamid_tournamentid_0_0

To play with adboards from different teams you must download the specificadboard_teamid_x_x_x (the "x" represent the team numbers) rx3 file, then paste it into the game/data/sceneassets/adboards folder, and then use the Revolution Mod to regenerate the data3 file .bh this is how it works perfectly (I checked it with national teams and teams)

does anyone knows how to uninstall that fip boot manager. cause im using it before but rn im using cm 15 to edit that db, but that boot on player cant be changed by cm 15 but to used fip boot manager. tell me how please
