Action Replay Max codes for team in Career?

Hi. I've got 6 years into my current season and have had enough basically. I'm going to start a new career now. Just wondered if there are any known PS2 Action Replay Max codes that let you select a specific team straight away? So, for example, instead of being offered Yeovil when I first start, Chelsea or Man U pop up.

Any help is great.
