As this face is about perfection I can give you some tips. The overall 'mistake' is the round-shaped head in the EA version/your version, while in real life his head is more gaunt/peaked, which gives a more strict appearance to Ronaldo in real life. The chin and jawline are good examples where this can still be improved. A second point is the cheekbone, which should be a bit more to the outside and in one line to the chin. A third point is the depth in ronaldo's face, as in real life he really got a big difference between the middle of his face and the jawlines (and again, this should be more gaunt). A fourth point is the jaw width, which is clearly a bit too wide, as can be seen on the left of Ronaldo's face. It should be more fluently go over into the neck/chin line. Last but not least the eyes could do with a resizing/recoloring of the pupils and a repositioning, as ronaldo looks more up in real life, where in FIFA he looks down. This last point could also have something to do with the position of the ball.


EDIT: A few little things more: maybe the entire face could be made a fraction thinner, as the FIFA looks a little, very little fatter than in real life. The head also seems to 'hang' too much on the neck in FIFA and in front of it, where in real life his head is more up and to the back.

I saw loads of Cristiano Ronaldo faces, who gives a ... his face is even default made by EA.
You promissed some romanian players, that should be interesting not players who can be found made in thousand ways.

It doesn't matter whether you've made the best Ronaldo face ever made. It's impossible to determine, and it's irrelevant. People's opinions will always split. Your Ronaldo looks like Ronaldo. That's good enough.
