Okay. I thinked a bit: I would wait until the CEP release(it will have OFC, AFC etc.[lol]), and then expand that DB with my leagues, some cups. Perhaps add some leagues from CONCACAF, plus the lower leagues. Of course with permission. The other two versions: league-by-league release in CMP format, or release it in a whole pack. What's your opinion?
And: what do you think about generic minikits?(I mean, there would be some colors, and then use them. It's not the most important thing)
Other: I would ask you, too say some information about some leagues. A stadium capacity for them(so I can assign that kind of stadiums), average wage budget and transfer funds about that team. And some ranking would be good also. I mean like 1st Barcelona, 2nd Real Madrid, to get some realistic results. (League list --> first post)

I did offer to do that. I can do Ugandan League. But I'm very poor at kit making and hopeless at faces, and I read a few comments ago that the kits have to be standard. I will do the rosters, players, adboards. I will attempt logos and flags.

By the way, this is off topic but I can help with international teams from this region (East Africa) . Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Somalia.
Peter.

International teams? We already have them in an other patch. BTW: I would be glad, if you could make some CAF, AFC, OFC and Concacaf leagues. Look at the first post, there are some leagues. Don't do them! Do some others. Uganda would be welcomed. But Congo, Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria aswell. But everyone can help. Just say what you could.

Well...I mentioned earlier that I can do logo's. I'm pretty quick in making those. Most of the time goes into looking for high quality logos (which will be more difficult once leagues are getting less famous...obviously).
But I won't have much time to add to this works untill CEP is done. I will definately have a look at the dutch lower leagues. I really want to try to make the dutch "Topklasse" and "Hoofdklasse" (I still hope fifavoetbal.net will release a Jupiler League [Eerste Divisie], but the other two are much harder to make because there is much less info and much more teams...).
About the kits...I would really suggest to make real kits where possible. Graphics is what gives a patch a realistic feel. So I think it is worth the effort making real kits where possible. For some really obscure leagues it may be difficult to find up to date pictures (I tried looking for kits from Fiji, as a sample, but wasn't very succesfull). Then it may be possible to make kits from older pictures. If even that isn't possible then we can make generic kits, but only as a last resort.
But how good we can cover the kits will really depend on how much kitmakers want to cooperate...
I really hope some of the works suggested in this thread will be realized. At least the lower leagues of the more famous countries (you know, Spain, England, Italy).
Then a last point. You asked for rankings of competitions and teams etc. When CEP is done I can take a serious look into that. I think I can make a decent estimation in a few days work...

I hope, that I can make this. I don't need the logos now, only one-two, but I'll say when. I have got nearly all of them. The kits are the most hardest things for me.

Of course kits are much harder...
You have got all logos for the leagues you listed on the first page?!? And all created for ingame usage (I mean with the template and the correct sizes?)
If so, good job! Btw, I already had done the dutch leagues, spanish segunda B and Italien lega pro prima and seconda (the logos I mean)...
And I have to redefine my previous post: It will take some two days work to give an indication of the strength of all competitions mentioned... individual teams will take a bit longer (not that much, it will still be an indication, but most of all that 'll do... We never can say we're experts in Papua New Guinea's football :icon_spin:

I will give you MTN Elite One (CMR-1) and 3rd and 4th levels of czech football. You can add to the list.

All kits for it is done. Completely done is Divize C (CZE-4) and KP Pardubického kraje (CZE-5).

Is it final version of this patch. I think that you mean only "lower leagues".

I have got some questions:
1. Would you allow me to make something unrealistic in my patch? I mean promotoins and relegations from NASL to MLS?
2. I would need some generic stadiums. Could someone make them?
3. Do you want league, and supercups for the default leagues, too?
4. Should I correct the unlicensed teams to licensed?(I mean like A. Solna --> AIK) Ratings increased, real stadium name, logo...
5. Should I do this in CEP DB?(of course, only with permissions)
6. Would you like the 2010 or the 2011 season western parts of the world(Brazil, USA). I mean like MLS with or without Vancouver and Portland?

+1 I would be glad if some sites, who makes the lower leagues would allow me to include them. F. E. Polish league patch, Hungarian Superpatch, Greek Superpatch etc.

1. To allow isn't really the good word...if we are going to cooperate we have to agree on things ;). Me personally would like to make it as realistic as possible. So without those prom-reg where it isnt so in real world (In America those leagues are franchises, like the icehockey league...) But one can easily create one for personal use in CM or we can even bring out an additional .cmp file which will add a prom-reg system in it (I would be glad to be the architect of such a thing)
2. There are some generic stadiums, but I agree with you we need more really small stadiums. There will even be countries where you could find good evidence of no stadium at all...just a plain field with some plastic garden chairs around it :P. Really reminds you to purity :D. I remember there was a site with tons of stadiums... we should ask darkvajo about that. Dont know if those stadiums (which were created for FIFA10) could be used for 11... but in essence stadiums are 3d models which are created in 3d programs (like 3dsmax for instance...) if I remember well, so maybe such older models could be used (if so I think they will also be included in CEP, so again, it would be usefull to contact darkvajo on that).
3. Not really sure what you mean...but I certainly want to insert all teams in excisting cups etc. if they are competing in real world. And create domestic cups for new leagues.
4. I believe (are almost sure) that will be done in CEP.
5. With respect to 4 it is a good idea to do that... and if we make this patch compatible with CEP you will be able to cover the most important (and sometimes unimportant) part of world's clubfootball, which will give the gamer a very complete experience...
6. Don't really know on that part. We did use 2010 rosters for CEP because db editing was started back in 2010...so maybe 2010 is better...but I haven't got a strong preference

+1 That will indeed be a good idea...best is to directly contact the editors...we do the same thing for CEP. But the patches have to be of some standard (as far as I know the 3 examples you mentioned are good patches).

Hmm...and may I suggest creating the American USL-Pro too? I maybe look into creating the db for that myself after doing the dutch leagues...
We can than make the US Open cup with participants from MLS, NASL and USL-Pro as in real world. Which will be nice. And we can, as I suggested, create a fictional promo-regulation system as an extra-option-release...

Added, alongside some other leagues.
