Two quick questions:
1. The influence of a post qualification on the reputation is based on post count of the rep giver, on the reputation of the rep giver, or both?
2. Does passage of time have an effect on reputation? (that is, if reputation given to very old posts dwindles so if a user goes inactive its rep eventually drifts to zero)

rep affects rep points. I got rep from Tom and got about 50, rep from deadly gives me 4.
