A quick FIFA question

Hi, I recently bought FIFA 11 for the PS2, and from what I understand, during career mode the new players that come into the game are simply older players that have retired and are 'reborn.' I never had the previous FIFA games, but from what I heard FIFA 10 manager mode actually had "regens," fictionally generated players that appeared at the start of each season (just like every other sports game). Is this true? And does this manager mode with regens exist in the PC version for FIFA 2011? Thanks!

yea players get reborn, but the beauty of pc is we can stop that from happening, which i prefer.

I tried career mode-manager on my PS2 and there is a youth team with a couple players on it...when I tried another one with the same team, one of the same youth players appeared but the other one was different. So I'm guessing there's a large pool of fictional players that are randomly put into the game each year (unlike franchise mode in any other sports game, where the fictional players are randomly generated and you'll never see the same one twice), along with some reborn retired players? And in the PC version, you can somehow edit this so that there are more fictional players (or even randomly generated players) and no reborn retired players? Can you please send me the link to this type of editing software so I can find more info? I'm thinking of getting the PC version for this very reason. Thanks!

So the PC version apparently has a Manager Mode different from the Career Mode in the PS2 version, you can still play the games though right (as opposed to just simming them?) Also, which manager mode (career mode) has more fictional players, PES or FIFA? I'm trying to decide which I should get...the mods here for the gameplay sound great, so I'm leaning towards FIFA. Especially if you can avoid the rebirth of retired players and have more fictional players in manager mode.
