Once you accept the transfer request isn't there a way to stop it from occuring? Or if no club wants the player will they give up?

If no other club wants them or if they're satisfied again they ask you to remove them of the transfer list again. :)

oh thanks for the quick response that means i don't need to sell him =)

I would, if hes unloyal enough too ask for a transfer request hes more likely too leave your club when you really need him and for less than hes worth, I say recoop the money for his sale and buy someone whos better and more loyal

CM loyality conception is so curious... During my years at Barcelona, there was a season when Puyol started to behave badly. The situation got unbearable when he got 7 cards on 7 played games(!). Then I JUST issued a formal warning by violent behavior on him. It seems that I really hurt his pride. He started asking for transfer, and asked and asked. Forty days after, I got fed up and accepted. He didn´t changed his mind (even with a league title) and left one year later. :f***:

Actually not (I like Barcelona though), but he used to play really well before leaving. And after his departure to Italy, the club went downhill from 1st to 8th next season, and I was sacked. It seems just like a curse...

When i managed Barça on CM4 Puyol was the rock at the back. He's just damn good, one of the best DR's in the game.

After Puyol, I was left with Daniele Bonera and Anthony Revelliére as (acquired) side backs - both are world class - but Melberg and non-regular Márques didn´t helped all that much...

Marquez is good, but sometimes he starts going 5-5-6-5. Melberg is good (not sooo good, anyway) , but having Puyol as RB and Bonera as RCB was really better.
