The title. I am opening a competition for this stadium and you guys are invited. Any modder is invited.

General information:
Pancho Aréna is a stadium in Felcsút, Hungary. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Puskás Akadémia FC. The stadium was opened on 21 April 2014 with the final of the 2014 Puskás Cup. The Pancho Aréna was listed among the top three most beautiful stadiums of the world according to stadiumdb.com. "The wood-lined curved interior to the stand gives spectators the feeling that they are attending a Sunday church service, not a football match. The 3,500 seater stadium opened in 2014 and was the brainchild of local architect Imre Makovecz".
Opened: 21 April 2014
Construction cost: HUF 3,8 billion (approx. USD 13 million)
Capacity: 3,816
Why is this challenge different than a request?
Because unlike a request, the winner of this challenge will be awarded a prize.
The prize:
I will build a stadium on par with winner's request. There will be no money flow, everything will be free.
Conditions:
The deadline is August 31st 2021, 8:00 PM GMT.
You can submit only 1 entry in the final end, and there will be only 1 winner.
The winner will be decided at September 7th, after a week of review.
I am preparing a collection of architectural plans I found for this stadium, they will be provided to contestants, so the challenge can be upgraded from Impossible to World Class. In the end this is a world-class stadium. You can use any other photo of your liking.
You can also benefit any model/asset you want.
There are no restrictions over what program you use, what assets you use.
Exterior is not exactly needed but if you can do that, it will be a plus.
The stadium model will be in actual sizes.
When you complete your model, you should submit it in .obj format with textures.
The stadium will be then converted to FIFA16 and shared in public.
I also plan to distribute the model with other game modders, but credits will be properly given.
Criteria:
Proper textures (No need to make normal maps etc)
Proper topology
Proper UV mapping
Proper face orientations
No messed up meshes
If the output is a low-poly stadium, it will be a plus.
