A good DVD burning program.

can anyone tell me a good program that burns video files to DVD?
preferably a free one with no limits on burning etc

Nero is fine for burning stuff. Depends what you need it for really, but Nero does pretty much everything, even if it is a bit "holier-than-thau" about copyrighted stuff.

I've used Nero for a long time and never had any problems with it.

But that's Nero 6....... I installed Nero 7 once and hated it, yet more proof that newer versions aren't necessarily better.
