3D ATI All-in-Wonder 9600XT 128MB DDR is this a good enough graphics card to run PES4 on full/high detail and settings?

yes.. but also related to your cpu though. I've had a celeron 1.7 and I used to have slowdowns, but I switched to amd xp 3.0 64bit processor and runs fine now.

edit: I have asus radeon 9600xt 128 mb and I can also run nfsu2 with all the details on right now, with celeron, I closed all the details but it still had slowdowns..

I've getting a AMD Athlon 64 3.0 GHZ 512KB, 2 x 512MB ram with the 3D ATI All-in-Wonder 9600XT 128MB DDR graphics card

AIW is more expensive than normal cards....not worth the money
