There's no way, unless you create an app that reads the memory, catch tournament ID and assign the scoreboard only for CL matches.
Shawminator did a tool last year for FIFA 14, if I'm not mistaken.

This year, in FIFA 15, there are only 2 overlays: BPL and generic. The generic one is used for all the matches (except Premier League) and only change the colors of elements.
