I had the same discomfort as your lol. But install the flags (along with the scoreboard) of Murillo 14 and the problem was solved or at least it was more real. I just manually made the flags of Kosovo and South Sudan which were the ones missing.

In this mod or others that include the new stadiums in the data folder, they only work in daylight, you can't play at night
