I strongly reccommend compressing video a bit via even something like windows movie maker (even just running trough it compresses it a lot without quality loss)- fraps is absolutely terrible with file sizes especially for quality you get. For future reference, you might want to use something like OBS or shadowplay (if you have Nvidia) when recording. For example, shadowplay itself on 1080p 60 FPS (which, unless fraps has improved- and i havent heard that- is better than anything fraps has) has still way smaller filesize than same long video filmed by fraps (from comparison its about 5gb for 3 minutes in fraps vs 1,8gb for 5 minutes in shadowplay). OBS should be about same as shadowplay, just more pain to use for recording imho.

Downloading OBS as I have an AMD card. Will capturing ingame on a laptop cause any issues?

Just rerecorded everything using the ingame recording feature of the Xbox app default in Win 10. It's now 1h45 duration, but file size is now 14 GB :P

So some good news & some bad news. I finally got a hold of the updated kits from the XBOX 360 version of the DLC with updated 2010 kits for Cameroon, Chile, Peru & Honduras & Korea DPR for 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa! The bad news is that the files are in a completely different compression according to the XBOX system. Going through what I had in my PM conversations, I've found out that the minikit images are in a xpr2 compression format (File Master recognizes it as FB10 compression). As for the full kits, I don't know how to decompress them either - File Master doesn't give the option to decompress individual files. :(

EDIT: So it seems that when I made the FIFA11 international patch, I had a copy of the PS3 DLC to extract the kits/minikits from. Unless someone has a PS3 + 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa from which to extract those updated files - the patch might have to forego those kits. :(

Guys, awesome news. PS3 graphics files are the same compression as PC. They work perfectly and show up both ingame and in CM11/Texture Editor without any problems. I just need help with the menu logos. They are the same size as the ingame logo size; the ingame logos are fine in themselves. So i need to reduce the size of the menu lgoos, but i want to keep the northern/top and western/left sides in the same co-ordinates, just reducing the logo to the right size for the southern/bottom and eastern/right sides.

Any help?

Some notes from me about the video.

  • Some kit numbers are overlapping the same colour as the shirt/short or they are the wrong colour. I know this - I'm using the video as a guide to correct things as I go. I took references from the files in the fifarna folder made by @robmar85 & @makispla2017 for their authored kits & after removing them some things might have been lost/not put in the database. I'm working on this.
  • Colombia 2014 away kit doesn't need a minikit, I've now exported the .dds from 2014 FIFA World Cup game.
  • If anyone knows how to enable a third colour for kit numbers, this will help for more than just the Croatia 2018 home kit. Off the top of my head: Ethiopia latest kits, Paraguay home kits, 2016 Adidas kits with the bold stripe across the front (many UEFA teams, Algeria home, Colombia away) @makispla2017 @scouser09 - if either of you know the method - please let me know! :D
  • I'm also anticipating that there may be some new NT kits & player faces in FIFA19! ;)

So, some good news about commentary - especially for @Rizzaldio . I managed to extract all the relevant team commentary lines from the 2010 World Cup patch on PC & my UEFA EURO 2008 patch in an editable .wav format using Sound Master. This is for the English international matches commentary by Clive Tyldesley & Andy Townsend.

I've extracted the following commentary lines:
  • "Foul/FK awarded to" lines for all non-FIFA default UEFA national teams + Costa Rica, Tunisia, Nigeria, Japan & Senegal
  • Corner and throw-in lines for all non-FIFA default UEFA national teams + Costa Rica, Nigeria, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Algeria, Gabon, Ghana, Togo, El Salvador, Honduras & Korea DPR
  • Goal shouts for Bosnia, Slovakia, Costa Rica, Nigeria, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Algeria, Gabon, Ghana, Togo, El Salvador, Honduras & Korea DPR
  • End 1st half team status - winning/losing - for all non-FIFA default UEFA national teams
  • World Cup intro team-specific lines for Korea Republic, Korea DPR, Russia, Australia, Slovakia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, Nigeria, Japan, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Chile, Gabon, Ghana, Togo, El Salvador & Honduras. Some countries have lines specific to the 2010 World Cup. Additionally, the 2 Koreas, Australia, Russia have specific lines for 2010 World Cup Final and generic lines for World Cup Semifinals & Quarter Finals.
  • Specific stadium lines for Soccer City stadium (South Africa NT). There are also intro lines for all the 2010 World Cup venues - specific to that tournament.
NB: there are also player names for commentary from WC2010 patch that I would like to be able to use in the patch, but I'm aware that some players had updated commentary player names from WC2014, so I'd prefer to use those where appropriate.

Secondary Edit: I've also looked at commentary for the 2010 patch and there are some names for players going back to 2006WC - so hopefully those can be imported too somehow.
