the second screen (0/0/0 1/1/1/1, .... names) is mostly when u use "skip intro",
you are sure it s disabled?

At the Selector,
you can chose between "offline" & "online" database :
make sure you select "offline" when you are going to play career

Yes We are sure about that. When we start Manager carrer we use offline mode. And about for many numbers we are sure disabled. I had that numbers too before few days but they are gone now from nothing. My friend have that numbers after reinstalling the game. Why i don't have problem with controls in online mode, but he have that problem every time when we start online game.

Un-tick / do not tick the skip intro option in selector. I had the exact same problem when skip intro was ticked

napoli and ajax teams do not accept their night game. you need to get away with those teams or you can change the stadium of napolin. It is because the fifa selector is the night shift.

in your game there are no textures of stadium

It may get fixed if you change the arena stadium ingame,
