This Brazil is a team with no-organization and full of average players that rely on Neymar's magic (just like in his Santos days), he feels confortable in that chaos and pressure but when Neymar can't save the day there's no brazil.

I do not agree. I think Neymar's brilliant games are the exception rather than the rule. He was garbage in the World Cup knockout rounds. Aside from the Confederations Cup he has been inconsistent at best in international tournaments.
