You misunderstood me. I don't pretend it to be uploaded now and I don't care if it's going to be relased tomorrow or the next year. I'm just saying that if you are not going to relase it on 16th Nov, you should not say everyone that you'll relase it on 16th Nov. To the fans of his work (including me) this is considered a lie! And i'm telling you again, if he had said that he's ill, has a lot of work, has business or something else (even too lazy to do it) and had tell us that the patch is coming 2312 or that it won't ever be made, we'll sincerely say "Ok, man, we understand", but realistically, in this kind of situation, the behavior (what peppone1 said) is the most accurate that should've been made.

There is no real need for conversion of balls per se from fifa 11-14. FOr the new fifa 15 balls you can use the FIFAWORLD game which is free. FIFAONLINE has the new stadiums. Therefore, you just need to download it and use its files. FIFA 15 kits work in FIFA 11. Stadiums are a different issue. It's maybe only 1% of users of this forums who know how to do that. The files for the most part are interchangeable between 11-15.

You won't be able to load them in CM11. The formats are readable by the game though. What you can do, which tokke did as well, was to extract the graphics textures from say FIFA 15 and input them 1 by 1 into FIFA 11 using CM 11. However, that can take a few weeks. You can use FIFA File Explorer 14 to extract the texture files from any fifa game from FIFA 11 to FIFA 15. This is very time consuming though and I would not recommend it.
I tried to install many textures and he's combined with 3D models. But I'll give you an example : I want to install the ball Penalty Pro S11 ... I have the textures extracted by File Explorer, but these textures do not match the 3D models of the balls of FIFA 11. And so , the 3D model that ball is not accepted by the CM11 , only the textures
