2013-14 patch for FIFA 11 [tokke001]

The patch I created is based on FIFA 14.
I made a program to auto-convert the players-data and the formations etc, the graphics (kits, shoes, ...) are mostly extracted from the FIFA 14 files.
The most important thing of the patch is that it wont give errors when you play online:
- garanteed no missing heads or hair
- No missing textures (boots, GK gloves, addboards)
- kits: i only replaced the kits wich has the same colours as the old kits (home, gk, some away): So you wont mess up the same colours by mistake (for your opponent/teammate) when you play online

Installation:
1. install fifa 11
2. install ea patch (1.01)

3. install 2013-14 patch (v1.1)
4. install 2013-14 patch (v1.3)
5. install 2013-14 patch (v1.3.2)

6. Start FIFA 11
7. Create new profile (old squads-savegame dont work anymore)
8. ENJOY!

Notes:
- install all patches to fifa 11-folder
- your old savegames dont work with the new squads
- use the included tool "FIFA 11 Selector" (at folder ...\FIFA 11\) for:
* switching squads: ALL KITS & NUMBERS only avaible at offline version
* enabling: gameplay, music, commentary, ...
* fixing fifa 11: use "i68 Regenerator" if you got problems (crashes, missing files, ...) with FIFA 11

Problems:
- crashes, ...: use the "i68 regenerator" (select "take care of edited files..." > go , can take some time)

I will add more things later
xtra teams like last year, also planning to add more kits (CL/EL kits, 'classic' kits, ...) later

the first release will be with the new kits (wich are already 2100+) and some other features

@manu74: the squads will be FIFA 14 CLEAN

not all minikits are done yet, but it will be minikits from ea (not screenshots)

I will include the tool fifa 11 selector again,
so you can switch for offline version (all kits, stadiums, faces, ...) or online version (limited kits)

I ll release it in 1-2 more weeks

problem is,
sumanrbr, who was helping me with the kits, hasn't come online for the last 3 weeks
and he has part of the kits...

I prefer to wait for him,
when he come online, I ll try release earlier
if he still offline after 2 more weeks, I ll release what I got...

(I ll post some more info of what is ready later)
