    Unable to save on windows 8

    Please I need help I'm not that annoying problem that lets you create a profile I am using windows 8 build 8400 and I know that the game runs well on it because I have friends who are playing normally ... I tried all the tricks to solve this problem in the unable to save any of these tricks...
