    Use FRAPS 2.0 it lets you take screenshot, movie capture(recording your game play), and displays FPS(Frames per second) which is very useful when you want to find out if your PES3 is running at optimal speed(60FPS). I don't have the link here, but it won't be too hard to find it on the net...

    slow down in penalty box only

    Try to reduce the number of crowds,,it worked for me since the slowdown near penalty box is due to those loud cheers from the crowds(you know~ they get all excited when the ball get near the goal.) ^_^

    I think You want to run PES3 at 60,, and I think I heard it from somewhere that's the optimal framerate for PES3 and WE7. emm.. I am getting cunfused here... Refresh rate and Frame rate...are they same? Hertz and FPS.... emm...I guess they are.... :)

    Damn~!!!!!!! all that time i tried..... now i am so sad~ T.T i just tried 44.71 and It runs perfect(no slow down what so ever...with above settings) even better than 30.82 (replay goes fine..no blur effect at all) so i guess I don't need that frame limiter thingy anymore. Why didn't...

    Hi guys, After all that time spent optimizing my PES3,(cos mine ran soooo slow) I finally got it working all good~ My Spec: P4 Celeron 1.7, GF4mx440, SB Live value, 384MB RAM PES3 v1.1.0.2 , WinXP As we all know that driver 52.16 is not for PES3 at all. So I was playing on 45.23...
