    Adboards not changing in game

    Hi, I am using "Complete European Patch" in my FIFA 10 game. The adboards are all set to a default one - with FIFA WC 10 logo & KIA Motors logo. Even if I add new adboards in CM10 & assign them to teams, it does not reflect in the game. How do I resolve this? Thanks in advance.
