I believe it's the same, but @ACICOG is responsible for the FIFA 16 version. I don't think he's in there yet as the patch only contains World Cups at this point but I could be wrong.

I got all of the generic WC 14 stadiums if you need them, I have tried to fix the banner and lights with hex editing with varying results.
