I converted from "FO2B unpacked Bigs 170429" (new impact engine) to FIFA 11 [FO3 new engine -> FF11] models converter option with move/scale ticked. that's great after I realized the head_model seem to be a bit higher or something wrong.

You should try to convert to another FIFA version and convert back to FIFA 16 (like a bridge) Example: if 18 -16 worked, you should try 21 - 18 -16 and another case. I don't know how but I tried and it worked! ( 15 - 14 -11)
