I think not... But you can backup one manager mode save file and then overwrite it...

That only happens in Manager mode... Why disable it, when that make game more interesting... This is only my opinion... Edit: Also, if M UTD sells Rooney after 5 or 6 season... Hi will be over 30 years old and his attributes will be much lower than they are now, and M UTD will sell him to buy...
