Yes when Frosty Tools or CG File Explorer is usable for FIFA 19.

I haven't done anything special to it since i don't personally play that mode. But it should work!

I made the mod using the original FIFA 18 version. Since every have so many different versions. You may need to manually import all of the files in CG File Explorer if you get any errors. It should take like 5-10 mins to do that.

Also passing stats should play more role in the passing accuracy. It feels like I can pass accurately with any players right now.

If you have multiple mods loaded that could also be an issue. Either that or you are using the wrong version. Since FIFA updates almost every week.

Normally when a patch doesn't work, it seems you have either the wrong game version, no permissions for the drive or the folder where you game is, or you didn't setup CG File Explorer or Frosty Mod Manager right. Try going through different version and see what works.
