It's just one year, if you don't want to start with 2013 simply calender sim it, it doesn't even take 5 mins.

Open that CM setting, and then delete everything that is written on it (don't save) and then paste what I pasted there, and then you want to FILE SAVE AS "joboffer.ini". Back up your CM setting just encase though. I recommend you download the BCP patch as it will give you all the important files.
