How about a cool feature. Manager of the month. SG's own unique competition. Applicants send screenshots of there managerial profile. We have a poll on the site, the public vote. Manager of the month is decided whoeever wins the most votes.
What do you guys think?

Yes, we would get some 300 screens sent in, and select ourselves to choose from

There can be a way around it. Rules e.t.c
no where near a days work! How hard is it to sift through 300 screenies, i honestly dont think THAT long, get two or three people doing it and you've done it in say.... an hour.
By the way gareth, what is the whole stand on whos doing what? Can you put up another list like a few weeks/months ago?
