Bsck to the subject of Tsigalko, and others such as Nikiforenko, it is possible that these players dont even exist in real life and were just inventions of a Belarussian researcher. We now know that To Madiera does not exist but we didn't know that at the start. Even if they are real, I doubt they would be any good at all in real life.
On the subject of said, I saw him in the 'hot youth buys' section of www.footballtransfers.com a long time ago so he is a well know star without CM. It is even possible that CM made him good because of the rumours going around about him.
I doubt very much if a real life Manager would take anything like that in CM very seriously, certainly to to the extent to dispatch his scouts. Wouldn't it be funny if Fergussen played the game, found To Madiera and dispatched hus scouts out to that crappy portuguese club CM says he plays at to find he didn't really exist?
