BIT Ultimate Career Mode [2006-2016]

Tomorrow I will try to fix the patch, I think main issue lies in the fact that some leagues are empty or don't exist i.e. Argentina's Primera Division, Russian Premier League. So will try to use previous patch I made (2011) and replace only existing leagues.

Added missing leagues which was causing career mode crash (Saudi, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Russian).
Career mode starts but can't advance on calendar, and some options on menu are missing. I'd appreciate if anyone can take a look.

- Allsvenskan: Atvida, Mjallby
- Hyundai: Gold Coast, North Queen, Melbourne City
- K-League: Gangwon
- Tippeleaguen: Honefoss BK, FK Haugesund
- Increased Pro League (Belgium) from 16 to 18 teams.

No difference dbs were for testing and backup only. As for converting dbs is a long and tedious process I use excel and have some programming skills.
