I can't insert new stadiums either by cm or db master. Any solution?

Cant you f****g read the instructions go to your game folder data/sceneassets/jerseyfonts and delete the files mentioned here
Then you have to open fip tournament manager and just click install career compdata and then regenerate
Why do you act like a dumb person when everything written here is in English and simple to follow with steps

Maybe, main thing is transfers not overalls so just be patient they will be updated some point later according to sofifa website

There's nothing wrong with CM15. The instructions clearly state that you have to reload career mode compdata with tournament manager after making changes with CM15.

Primero el FIFA limpio sin mods, luego el mod de Harry, después el pack de estadios y luego los fix?
Has regenerado?
Has aplicado la actualización en el archivo llamado "FIP Version Manager"?
Si te cierra nada más entrar, prueba a ejecutar como administrador. Puede ser cualquier cosa
