1.- You must create another RX3 files, for example the keeper kit ID is 2

Arsenal
kit_1_2_0

Copy this file and rename as kit_1_12_0....with RX3 tool open it and add the images for the alternate keeper


2.- You must edit lua file....and add the ID

Arsenal example
assignGKKit(1,0,{2,12,13})

With this line Arsenal can alternate randomly 3 keeper kits...the 2 - 12 - 13

Mate is there any possibility for you to create some sort of small tutorial on how to convert PES (2018, 2019 or 2020) kits to Fifa 16. I know that it involves the use of Photoshop and maybe adjusting the kit proportions to match the Fifa format.

Yeah, especially because kits are not same , must be adapted. And if have some special graphic must be worked separated. That's why some converter tool wouldn't make complete job.
