countryflags & team/league logos i mostly have:
i copied all from fifa 20, but maybe some are wrong yet (unlicensed, because of new sponsor deals, other updates...)

There are already 'classic kits' avaible (from earlier patches), wich looks like this in the menu (mention the classic ball logo) :

What s New (for coming patch) :
when you select a 'classic kit' (at menu), there will be more 'classic graphics' present:

I did more or less half, but I started to get a little busy and I didn't finish them all.
I will see if I can finish them at some point.
