I have them. I'll give it a try. Thanks for your help. Also hair model and texture don't show correctly when imported. It looks like it exploded and takes up the whole screen until I click the eye icon to disable them. It happens every time.

Seems that the hair are converted. You need to import the original hair model, before the conversion
