Thanks bro it works! One more question, I am changing some fake players (mostly from Brazilian League) to some legend players who do not have names in either commentarynames table or playernames table. Is there a way to get rid of the commentary sound when I use these players? I changed firstnameid, lastnameid and commonnameid to 0 both in dbmaster and my squad file but when I use those players the commentators still call them by their original names. Also, the commentary sound for some players I edit are bouncing between the new name I give them(e.g Berbatov, Abidal etc.) and the original name for the playerid. Any ideas about that? Thanks!

hi mate im trying that but when i export the ng file and try to open it via Db Master it doesnt recognise the file type. ng file is .db whereas dm master is only searching for .xml documents. any suggestions

My bad, I forgot to mention that you need to extract both, fifa_ng_db.DB and fifa_ng_db-meta.xml, as the DB Master will ask for both of them.

Hope this fixes that issue.

haha i realised that through trial and error i needed to extract the meta too. mate youre an absolute genius!!!
one question tho...ive been editing alot of data through RDBM squad/career files. is it better to copy that data into the ng file or or leave them seperate?

It depends, if the table is only available in the database and not it the squads file, then yes. Like commentarynames and playernames, you'll have to change it there but you can change the actual players table just in squads and it should work. I personally like to do it in both, just to be aligned. You can change players table in one of those and then import back in the other one, so there's barely any extra work.

Hey guys I started doing this but then realized I'm missing a lot of commentary names like Ronaldinho, Inzaghi, Gullit they're not in "playersnames" or "commentarynames" do you know why and how to fix this?

Hi so I dont play FIFA20 anymore but I dont think icons name pronunciation can be assigned to other players. They are linked to their playerids. Hope that helps
